Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What will I be charged for shipping?
A: You can view our shipping rates by clicking on the Our Policies tab, at the top left hand corner of the page. You can also view a running estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. Your final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No we do ship internationally.
Q: Can I combine orders from Vimage Outdoors and your ebay store?
A: Unfortunately orders from the two stores can't be combined onto one invoice. However orders placed from both sites at the same time, could be combined into one shipment, and may be eligible for a combined shipping adjustment.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Upon the completion of payment, most orders are shipped the next business day.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unopened items may be returned for a refund of the original purchase price. The buyer is responsible for paying the cost of both the original shipment, as well as the return shipping.
