Vimage Outdoors charges the following rates for shipping inside the continental United States. Shipping costs to U.S. Territories may be higher.

Currently are website can only accept and ship orders to the United States and Canada. Orders from outside the United States and Canada may be canceled.
Canadian customers, please note that you are responsible for paying any and all tariffs, duties, and taxes due.
Most orders are shipped through the USPS (First Class) Larger orders may be shipped through UPS.
Returns Policy
Vimage Outdoors has the following return policy:
You may return most new, unopened items for a refund of the original purchase price within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for paying the cost of both the original shipment, as well as the return shipping.
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise please go to the Contact Us page and fill out the Contact form. Please provide your name and order number along with the item number and a short description of the problem that you are experiencing.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
